Solar Massachusetts Renewable Target (SMART)
The Solar Massachusetts Renewable Target (SMART) Program, established by the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER), aims to support the growth of affordable solar energy throughout the state. Since its launch in 2018, the program has provided a tariff-based incentive, paid directly by participating utility providers—Eversource, National Grid, and Unitil—to approved solar system owners.

The Quincy Community Electricity Aggregation (CEA) Program is an initiative by the City of Quincy aimed at providing residents and businesses with more electricity supply options, stable and competitive rates, and increased renewable energy content. The program serves as a city-vetted alternative to the default utility supply and other third-party electricity suppliers.
Participants will be enrolled in the "Quincy Standard" product by default but can choose from the following options:
Quincy Standard (Default): 13.804¢/kWh
Quincy Basic: 13.394¢/kWh
Quincy Premium: 14.737¢/kWh
